Hello everyone. Today’s card is a Front Flap Card. One where the front is folded back on itself to create a flap. It is using the Game On stamp Set. Hence it being call the Game On Front Flap Card.
A5 Game on Front Flap Card
Its a full A5 size card and is perfect for any male birthday. I don’t know about you, but I find it hard to find great stamp sets that make awesome male cards. Not everyone is into sport, or cars and motorbikes. But nearly everyone has played cards or rolled a dice at some point in their life.
Use your designer series paper
Using the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper to create my backgrounds for this card was perfect. The card base is Soft Suede, and the Matt layers are very vanilla.
Stamp the very vanilla matt layer with the chequer board stamp all over in soft suede. (Stamped off) to give a lighter shade.
On a separate piece of very vanilla stamp the playing cards in two different colours. I have used Pretty Peacock and Gorgeous Grape. Stamp the dice in Merry Merlot. (Twice).
Fussy cut all these pieces out. After you have built your card, and added the very vanilla Matt layer adhere these fussy cut pieces onto the front of your Card.
On your very Vanilla inside piece stamp your greeting and add dice all the way around the edge.
Tada …..you now have a gorgeous A5 Game on Front Flap Card

Soft Suede Matt layer 3 3/8th” x 7” (Front Matt layer)
Very Vanilla Layer 3 1/8th” x 6 3/4” (Front Matt layer)
In Good Taste DSP. 5 5/8th” x 8”, (Back) 3” x 8” (Front), 2 1/4” x 8” (Front flap)
Very Vanilla for stamping on.
Soft Suede 4” x 4”. (Inside for greeting Matt layer)
Very Vanilla. 3 3/4” x 3 3/4” (inside for greeting)
