Hello, Its a lovely fresh day here and I am really excited as I am having a socially distanced meeting with some friends today. Coffee, crafting and cake. Today I am sharing this lovely folio. The Forever Fern Folio. Its soooo pretty.
Forever Fern Folio Front & Sides
Below are the front and side images of the Forever Fern Folio. These photos showcase the dies used to create the front and side panels. Dies add details and drama the front of your folio, without adding extra depth. Keeping front and side decoration quite flat is important. Raised details can get ripped and damaged. Forever Fern Suite and Hippo Happiness Bundle dies are combined below.

The colours used to create this folio are Mint Macaron, Soft Sea Foam, Pear Pizzaz and Pretty Peacock. Contrast is created with Early Espresso and Soft Suede. Combined together they create a lush colour combination.
Five suites have been used in this Folio. All new, and you can dip in and out of them and use tiny tiny bits or huge amounts.

Using Daubers to Create colour on Speciality Paper

Building your folio
Build the whole of the inside of the folio in one colour. This makes your decorative papers stand out and ties the whole theme together. In My example Early Espresso is used. Combining the Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper with the Ornate Garden Speciality Papers adds variety to the folio. Some pages are coloured with sponges, some with blends or markers. In the pictures above the dies are from the Forever Greenery Bundle, The Suede Ribbon from the World of Good Bundle and the Heart Charm from the Pampered Pets Suite. In total 5 suites have been used for this folio. Ooo, I almost forget the Hippo Happiness Bundle. That makes 6 Bundles.
You don’t need all 5 suites to do this folio. Combine as many or as few designer series papers and suites as you like. The combinations I have used show how versatile the products are from Stampin’ Up! and how they strive to make everything co-ordinate and blend together. This is the main reason I love creating with their products.

Colour combinations made easy
The other great thing about Stampin’ Up! is the community and sense of family. We are all encouraged to C.A.S.E. (Copy and Share Everything). Being Creative and inspiring others. I was inspired to create my folio by the lovely Tamara. I loved making this Folio and have been inspired to create more of them.
Photomats are really important in these folios. The colour used does not need to detract from the pretty papers you use. Plain colours are perfect for these, as they don’t detract from your photographs.

This is beautiful Lisa the colours are gorgeous. I must try to make one. Think I need a one 2 one session with you
