Hi lovelies, hoping this finds you happy and well. Do you ever wake up in the morning and take a few minutes to think about all the things you have in your life for which you are grateful. This could be termed as an Attitude of Gratitude.
I like to use that 5 minutes between sleeping and fully being awake to take time to consider the things for which I am grateful. I have a roof over my head, two lovely children, food on the table and best of all Stampin’ Up! in my life. I cannot image not having the wonderful friendships and crafting family that I have gained through Stampin’ Up!. Let alone imagine crafting without the products. That would be awful.
Attitude of Gratitude
I wanted to create a piece of home decor that would grace the feature wall in my bedroom. It needed to be pretty, have flowers, greys, blues and pinks. Working with the gorgeous Prized Peony stamps this piece just came together totally naturally.

PEONY GARDEN SUITE
This totally gorgeous suite on pages 82 – 84 of the 2020/21 Annual Catalogue is simply stunning. The colours are subtle yet totally lend themselves to the beautiful images. Their delicacy draws you in and totally captures your heart. Yes, I love this suite.
However only the Grey Granite matches the decor in my room and I so wanted this as a piece for that room. So Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight teamed with Grey Granite and a few bursts of Just Jade came to the rescue.
PRIZED PEONY STAMPS
The whole theme for the frame comes from the delicate and delightfully full of depth images in this stamp set. Taking a sheet of Designer Series paper from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper – stamp over the entire sheet with the large peony in Basic Grey.
Cut your 11″ x 11″ frame in misty moonlight. The internal measurement is 10″ x 10″. Stamp this frame in Misty Moonlight again with the large peony image.
Take a sheet or two of whisper white, and stamp the smaller peony image in Magenta Madness randomly all over.
To cut the sentiment I used my favourite large letter dies from Stampin’ Up! These are sadly retired but I absolutely love them and will never part with them.
Cut a duplicate set of words in Magenta Madness Cardstock. Layer these slightly offset underneath your stamped letters.
Place your words on dimensional and adhere to your base layer.

PEONY DIES
Loving the stamp set was easy, the dies have made me adore this one. Yes ok, This has got to be in my top 10 of my forever favourite stamp sets.
These beautiful dies not only cut out the two flower images from the stamp set, but they also form the most stunning stand alone flowers. STUNNING, four simple layers slot together to form the gorgeous flowers.
Grey Granite and Magenta Madness Peonies finish the frame along with the sparkly Grey Granite Ribbon.
Sprinkle a few Elegant Faceted Gems and voila a beautiful piece for my bedroom wall. To remind me that I have lots to be grateful for.
