Petal Pink is one of my favourite colours. Yes I know some of you think its Peach !!! (Hahah) Forever Blossoms is part of the Forever Blossoms Bundle, and what could be prettier than Petal Pink Forever Blossoms.
Small and Cute
I love a different size card, whether it is a 5 x 7 or a super cute 4 x 4. I wanted to show my lovely ladies that not everything has to be neatly aligned or with dead straight edges. The torn effect can look really lovely.
The card
Parisian Blossoms Speciality designer Series paper is so so pretty and has foil accents and is sooooooo pretty. I have used it in lots of projects.
Layering the petal pink, with Cherry Cobbler cardstock, torn on one edge, and then some of the gorgeous dsp and a piece of vellum. Again all torn creates unique layers and unique cards. No matter how many times you make the card, each will be slightly different because the tearing will be different.
Petal pink, metalic edged ribbon finishes the look perfectly.
Watercoloured Petal Pink Forever Blossoms
Watercoloring is one of my favourite mediums, and is also a great stress relief. Mindfullness is becoming ever more important, especially with the isolation taking place during the Covid-19 pandemic. Colouring a beautiful image can transport you to a different mental space and help balance everything.
Anyway I digress. Stamped in Momento the main Cherry blossom image has been coloured in petal pinks and pale greens to match the colours of the card and to mimic the colours of the blossoms on the trees that are starting to appear.
Dies make cutting this gorgeous image super easy and it has been popped onto the front of the card using dimensional foam dots.
