Stampin Up Emboss Resist Leaves

 

So todays card was inspired by my wreath from yesterday.  I loved the leaves and had a few left over, so I wanted to create a special card.  Stampin Up Emboss Resist Leaves was born.  I have used emboss resist techniques on this as well as stamped and die cut leaves.

 

 

My card base is Delightful Dijon, topped with Chocolate Chip and a very vanilla matt.  I stamped the Vintage Leaves onto my very vanilla in versa mark and then sprinkled with Cherry Cobbler embossing powder.  This is now retired but black would look amazing effective.  A few minutes with the heat tool and I had the most gorgeous leaves.

Out came the sponges, cajun craze, chocolate chip, and delightful dijon, and I got to inking up my very vanilla cardstock.

Once done I added the spray of diecut leaves and the cute little wooden heart embellishment.

 

 

Of course I finished off the inside using the leaf stamps in the same colours and inking the edges.  Super Cute and super cool.  Love it.
