Do you ever get those days …..

When you know you’ve got stacks to do’ but you’re just really un-inspired.

I do ……. You’d think that being surrounded by lots of amazing craft goodies, that I would be completely in the zone,
But to be honest, I’ve been having a flat week, and I defy any crafter out there to say ….. This doesn’t happen to me, because for many of us it’s reality.
So,  to remedy this, I gathered some supplies, including the lovely flowering flourishes stamp set, some pistachio pudding card stock and my glue.
So what did I do first …… Well I went to Pinterest …..  The most brilliant place to go for inspiration.
Next I watched fellow crafter Elaine create a project, then I set to work To Case it.  For those who are new to crafting CASE means copy and share everything.
So what did I create, well a gorgeous easel box card, with matching gift box.
Here’s the closed gift box
  And showing the card/box inside
The ever so cute card box
 Showing the open drawer
I used matching designer series paper from the co-ordinations paper stack, an antique brad and the itty bitty punches. The sentiment and flowers are from the something to say stamp set.
I love this and am feeling more inspired now.
Hope I’ve inspired you.
Don’t forget, if I have inspired you, you can get all the products I used by simply clicking the shop with me button.

Would love to hear how you get crafty when feeling uninspired.
Have a great day

An old favourite design revamped for a sneaky Stampin UP In colour Peak

Hi guys
Have you got a favourite colour – or is there a colour that reminds you of someone special?
For me that colour is green.  My Nan passed away in my early 20’s and we were very close, and her favourite colour was Green.  She loved all shades of green.
So what’s the colour that reminds you of someone.  I’d love to see your makes in that colour.
Anyway last year I made a card using the diagonal score board.  Its great for creating unique backgrounds.  I wanted to recreate it and change it up a bit for this year’s new In – Colours from Stampin UP.
So here it is …………
Mossy Meadow Flower Card
Isn’t the criss cross background so cute, and so simple to do.
But wait ……… ooooh I forgot to say there is another sneaky peak on here as well.
And the inside ……….. more sneaky peak.
Of course I sponged the edges of the little flowers with the matching Mossy Meadow Ink.
This lovely punch is part of the New Itty Bitty Punch Pack.  Such cute punches.  I know you’ll just love them.
I have left the sentiment off this card.  But it would look great at the bottom right hand corner.
Don’t forget there’s only a few days left to get your retiring stock now
And you can still join Stampin Up for only £50 until the end of June (30th)
Check back tomorrow for the New weekly deals and another sneaky peaky.
