Hey everyone, Its Lisa here. Just dropping in to show you some gorgeous creations I have been making recently. And of course to share a video with you. As many of you know Peonies are my favourite flowers. The Prized Peony in Rich Razzleberry is no exception.
How has your week been? Have you done anything exciting ….. I know many of us are still restricted in our movements etc due to Covid – 19, but I have managed to get out and about. I spent Sunday (yesterday) with my Mum and Dad, (it was fathers day in the UK). Mum baked a gorgeous quiche and we had lunch in the garden. In true British style, dodging the showers. Mum’s garden is absolutely stunning and is a true haven.
Of course the Frenchie went with me. This is the watching me out the window putting their car seats in the car. Yes they have car seats – how else can they look out and see where we are going.

PRIZED PEONY IN RICH RAZZLEBERRY CARD
The possibilities are endless with this bundle – I do hope you have looked to see how gorgeous it is by now. Anyway inspiration has been flowing and I did this lovely card in a live video last week.
The Prized Peony in Rich Razzleberry consists of three gorgeous flowers, velum, foliage and pretty pretty colours – a lot to do but the end result is so worth it.

Using Rich Razzleberry cardstock and the Peony Dies Cut enough pieces for each flower.
The card base is a whole sheet of Whisper White Thick Cardstock – scored in half.
Next layer is Rich Razzleberry cardstock – this is a beautiful rich colour – lighter than Blackberry Bliss, but darker than Gorgeous Grape. Then layer your Vellum Cardstock – this is beautiful vellum cardstock – perfect for layering and also die cutting.
I have torn the bottom edge of my vellum to give added texture to the card.
Using a Dauber – ink the edges of the peonies before putting them together. See my video below to see how to put them together – and for some top tips.
The foliage
Wow, and what foliage this is. Beautiful array of colours and style of foliage add texture and colour to this project making the peonies pop further. If you think about it in a garden setting, peonies are surrounded by many different shades of greens – and always stand out. They are just so majestic.

To create this gorgeous foliage I used the Forever Fern Bundle. The leaves were cut from Granny Apple Green as well as being stamped on whisper white and then die cut. The colours I used were shaded spruce, gorgeous grape, just jade, and Rich Razzleberry. Love Love Love how this turned out.

Have you got this in your Craft Stash? No why not? Wait till you see my next two projects. They are lush. You are so going to love them. Why not check out my previous project here.
