Watercolouring is a wonderful way to relieve stress and anxiety. It takes me away from the real world and helps relax tension. Graces garden has beautiful images – combing it with Beautiful Moments and adding the lady – who has affectionately become known as Grace in my house just adds the beauty. I hope you like my Graces Garden – watercolour.

Purple Posy Cardstock is such a pretty colour. Whilst the inks are not available – the cardstock still is – and it makes a beautiful base to highlight this gorgeous card.

Stamping and watercoloring.
To create this card, first stamp the lady from Beautiful Moments. Then create a mask from a post it note. To do this stamp the lady on a post it note and cut out. Making sure that the sticky edge is somewhere in the cut out image. Stick the cut out post it note image over the stamped lady.

Using the flowers from Graces garden, stamp over the lower edge of your card. When you have finished remove the post it note and you will see the lady is not stamped over. Then stamp some birds flying.
Using watercolour pencils colour the images, blending with an aqua painter to create a soft background. Once you have coloured all you want to and blended then stick your whisper white layer to your purple posy card base.
Lastly add some gems to highlight the flowers. If you would like to know more or learn more then please visit my classes page.
